The story of Joshital began with Rupali Joshi’s deep nostalgia for her hometown flavors. After moving to Bangalore, she found it difficult to find authentic Uttarakhand cuisine. Inspired by her love for food and her cultural roots, she set out to recreate the dishes she cherished the most. With her husband Niranjan’s support, this passion project soon evolved into a full-fledged cloud kitchen, dedicated to serving traditional Pahadi dishes with the freshest ingredients and age-old cooking techniques.
